Well made ball for exercise or uses as a ball chair I have two of these balls for chairs and this one is much more sturdy than the other. On the other hand it is bit harder so takes bit getting used to when sitting. But I suspect it will also hold up well. Other ball chair I bought has held up well for over two years and in that time using it continuously daily have had to add air only once and even then it was not probably necessary but did it while airing up this one. I love that it came with extra plugs in case we lose one. It pumped up in just a few minutes with the foot pump. Make sure the nozzle snaps in place on the hose, or you’ll have to fidget with it a bunch. Also, I picked up the directions and read them while pumping, and I’m glad I did.
