Amazing for Work Fitness! I bought the elliptical machine 3 weeks ago..Finally got some help to set it up yesterday. And let me tell you it was worth the wait. Setup was pretty straight forward.. It took us about 1 hours. All necessary tools included..Just need some car grease to oil the joints of the equipment to ensure durability. I had not been very active for a while.
