Everything was packaged well and there wasn’t a hint of damage to the product. The machine consists mainly of metals. The only parts that are not metal are non-structural. Nice machine for the money I read a bunch of reviews on this Elliptical machine prior to purchasing. Three main factors were used. PRICE, AVAILABILITY and QUALITY. Not much different than most consumers. Of course price……. It is a low to mid range priced machine with all the basic functions. Great buy for the cost. The unit was available thru the store online, as able to order with ease and picked it up when they texted me with it’s location at the store. It also made it in before the final ship date.
