This machine has been terrible since day one. The first problem was the initial delivery had a wrong part. I had to wait a week for the manufacturer to send out the proper bolt. Once the part arrived, I finished the assembly which was straight forward. In the first 30 minutes of use a terrible grinding noise started. I contacted manufacturer and they offered numerous solutions (tighten the bolts, loosen the bolts, add more lubricant) and then sent photos of what the joints should look like…
