I’m in love with this ball. My daughter and I have started to incorporate this into our 3 x times a week exercise regiment and I’m loving it. It’s not too heavy with will help in maintaining what little muscles have without bulking me up. We use the ball like I said at least 3 x times week when we are not outside doing workouts.
