Overview: BalanceFrom GoFit all-purpose exercise kit is available in 4 different workout tools to choose from: resistance bands, resistance loops, jump rope and exercise sliders.

The premium resistance bands use premium and natural latex material to hold up to heavy use. Besides high quality bands, each BalanceFrom resistance band is connected to a metal clipping system, this elongate the life of the kit as well. The resistance band kits are light enough to travel with you to any gym around you. Multiple bands create multiple level of resistance.

The deluxe quality resistance loop bands come in a set of 7 with varying resistance levels from XX-Light to XX-Heavy. Each band is 12″ by 2″ and made of 100% natural Latex – free of non-natural Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE). The bands are stringently tested before we ship them out to you. It is imperative for us, that your bands are gentle on the skin, free from defects and that you are provided with a worry-free experience.

Jump rope comes with light and durable aluminum handles. The steel cable is coated with a PVC sleeve for protection and better durability. A caring bag is included for free. The rope also comes with a fully adjustable 10 foot long cable. Fitted with extra-large screws it’s very easy to adjust, making it suitable for both adults and kids.

The exercise sliders have two different sides for any surface of your choice. The smooth sides are ideal for carpets, whereas the fabric sides are designed for Use on hardwood, Laminate or tiled.
