happy customer I spoke with the company rep before buying this product and they told me to buy this ball instead of the one that was $10 more expensive because this one has thicker plastic so it’s sturdier and therefore less likely to break. It took about 15-20 minutes to inflate it for this reason and the pump works easily so long as you place the soft, yellow side down and the hard, blue side up (opposite of photo).
