Great Gym Wall Decal Great motivational wall sticker for my home gym. Instructions which came with it seemed like overkill and confusing. First, suggest reverse rolling the decal for a few days to remove some of the curl. Then, simply mark the alignment location for the decal on your wall with a pencil. Peel off the paper cover over the vinyl letters (which is the back of the letters) and ensure that the same side doesn’t touch itself (may need 2 people).
