This was somewhat of an aggravating experience. The company was not able to make the initial appointment times which wasnât a huge issue so I rescheduled. The delivery was scheduled for today 11/26/18 between 8-11. The service person didnât make contact until about 11:35…this was already after the end of the installation window. Johnnie was my contracted assembly person for the Akonza exercise bike. He arrived at scheduled time and started to work within a few minutes.He cut up the shipping materials in my trash receptacle so I didn’t have to do it. He not only placed the unit where I wanted it, he also adjusted the seat height and handle bars to fit me. This is my custom fit until and not a gym model that I have to use.
