Usually I’m a medium (my small chest and size 8 hips balance out into a medium, generally). If your hips are narrower than mine, the medium would probably be okay. The large ended up working fine for me.4 stars because I love the fabric. It’s super soft and just stretchy enough. It will show sweat stains because it is not the slick moisture wicking fabric (I hate that stuff anyway!)…
