Headrest Jams into top of spine! This is a well made product. However, The headrest design is horrible. The roller will move up or down as you are using and therefore the headrest jams down onto the top of your spine. This is very uncomfortable. I made a fix by removing the headrest and wrapping a towel around the bar with some duct tape. Designers of this product take heed…an oversized cylindrical foam cushion around the bar that rolls around the bar would fix any and all issues associated with different persons heights…
Uncomfortable headrest but overall sturdy made. Item came with all the parts and hardware and was really easy to put together. It does not fold for storage. I’m an average size woman, 5’7-8″ and a size 10, and this ab roller fit well enough, perhaps a little big. It might be a bit small for a larger size man as the shoulder span and arm reach might be a bit short. The headrest isn’t angled well and is a bit uncomfortable.
