Nice looking poster! I ordered these posters to hang by our Stott reformer we just ordered. I placed them in a poster frame and they are hanging on the wall. They are detailed and tell you how many springs to use for each exercise. The intermediate does have some of the beginner exercises but they just refer to them so you still need the beginner poster if you want to know springs and foot placement. I plan on ordering the advanced as well. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the price is high for a paper…
