Mat appears to have a deep curve, perfect for the small of your back and the long gradual angle to support you from the small of your back to the shoulder blades; however, this mat is not cut well. The deep curve is non-existent, instead, it is a square cut cushion and the vinyl covering is the only thing thats curved.
