We do exercise on the equipment anytime at home. I think this would be a great tower for a smaller and lighter person. I am 6′ 220lbs with body builder/athlete build. It’s to narrow to stand between rails with my shoulders out I have to roll them in to get into it, if I hang to do a pull up the whole thing pulls forward and it rocks back and forth and makes scary noises when doing dips.
