Great workout with Jenny Ford! I’ve been doing step aerobics for twenty years now and I love this workout! The warmup feels more like it is part of the workout rather than getting your muscles warmed up, but if you’ve done aerobics for a while it won’t be a problem. I think that it might be a bit much for a beginner though, just work at your own pace and you’ll get there in no time!
