The Acceleration Speed Cord is a bungee recoil resistance band that attaches to a comfortable, adjustable belt worn around an athlete’s waist. The Acceleration Speed Cord can be used solo or with a partner. An assistor strap is included for a partner to hold the other end and allow the user to get the full benefit of 360 resistance training while sprinting and accelerating off the line or moving multi-directionally. If you do not have a partner and are training alone, the kit also comes with a wall anchor that will attach around anything secure for individual workouts.
