So far, So good… Overall 4.5 stars out if 5. I upgraded to this new system and received on Friday afternoon. It took me about 2 hours to assemble it by myself after carrying it up two flights of stairs. The base is the heaviest.The directions are ok however could be better in terms of print size and ease of following. The bags of hardware are not labeled so keep track as they are different. Excellent Value, well made and reasonably easy to put together I am not the primary user. That would be my wife, however, I put this together. Like all these assembly projects with many parts, I took everything out, placed them in plain sight and made sure I had the space to assemble. It was straightforward and I just followed directions. Like I said in the headline, it is a well made piece of equipment. Nothing was missing. I did have one bad bolt. We haven’t called yet to get a new one.
