Super easy to assemble, tool included. Wife and I set this up the other night to use in the workout room. Seriously simple to setup. There are three quick pins that push into the holes below the seat, and 2 bolts that fasten the front leg to the frame. That’s it and you’re working out.Just be sure you point the loops towards the seat or you’ll be unbolting and flipping it around like us. ;)The loops are for the resistance bands which are kinda weak, but we primarily wanted this for weight lifting and sit ups…
