Received what is CLEARLY a used, and dirty, product Just received my footstool today. When I took it out, it had hair and dirt all over it. And I don’t mean dirt as in dust; it’s dirt that is embedded into the rubber channels, so clearly there’d been a lot of stepping on this thing in order for that to happen. Bottom line: what they sent me is very clearly a used product. Not happy at all.I’ve attached a pic.
