Let me just tell you…It is a LOT more difficult to exercise with these than it looks!! My SOL has been helping me do the different exercises correctly, and I am feeling it!! This came with its own pump, that was very simple to operate, to inflate the ball. It is made well, very thick and supportive, and it came with a poster that shows pics of many different exercises you can do…
