I figured it would add to my existing collection of excersize equipment but since I tried it-it’s been my greatest piece since I don’t usually write reviews on items I purchase. However, after ordering and trying this excersize roller, I couldn’t resist. When I purchased it originally, I figured it would add to my existing collection of excersize equipment but since I tried it-it’s been my greatest piece since! I keep going back and changing the resistance bands for tougher and lighter challenges! It’s awesome and easy to adjust!Great for all ages and stages! My old mom and my teenagers use it all the time…
