Best dog steps ever! The pet loader light 16″ is great! I purchased a five step loader but discovered I really could’ve done with the four step version. I sent an email to the company received a response within the hour. And then I was told it’s easier to take out one of the steps then to spend the money returning it and getting another one in shipping costs. Well made pet steps We purchased this because like others, we have a 110lb, 10 1/2 year old German Shepard who isn’t confident enough in his sore hips to jump into the 4Runner anymore. I was certain that the ramp would not have worked for him because they seem to always bow in the middle with a big guy like Major. We placed the 4 step model against the cargo area of our SUV and after some initial confusion as to what I wanted him to do, he went right up.
