Great Workouts! I love this workout video! I use it all the time, especially the beginning step aerobics. It is perfect for this 60-year-old who used to be very active with running, aerobics, biking, weight lifting, etc., but has gotten out of shape this past year or so. I’ve also tried the core workout and the easy kick boxing.
