Sad First of all, let me address sizing. The “medium” I ordered is actually a Chinese medium, not an American medium. The difference is that a Chinese medium is like an American children’s large. If you do intend to order one of these, get it one or two sizes bigger than you normally would.Secondly, this thing is horrendously uncomfortable. Holds in a lot of “stuff” I’ve been using it since Sept 2016 (it is Feb. 2017 as I write this). It’s been great for me. I had major surgery that subsequently left me with HUGE hernias across my abdomen (both upper and lower). This “belt” or trimmer or whatever you call it has really worked for me. I’ve washed it several times and it has survived just fine.
