INSTALLATION TIPS:
1) Clean the back surface of your phone or phone case.
2) Peel off the sticker from the adhesive metal plate, stick it to the back of a clean phone or phone case. 
We recommend placing the metal plate in the middle of the phone. Once attached, there is no need to remove it. 
3) Attach the Gym Buddy to any magnetic metal surface.
4) You can now place the phone on the Gym Buddy.
