Simple to install and strong. not a “bad” product. But the screws it came with were extremely brittle and stripped easily. The instructions are a “one size fits all” set of instructions that don’t reference the installation parts in any real discernible manner. And, it also does not give any instruction to utilize a sealant (3M 5200 was my preference) during the installation into any mounting holes.Also, the ladder secures with a Velcro strap and a bungee cord – really?All in all…
